I like to think that I know a thing or two about fitness but when it comes to programming I have no clue. I found this bit on Bodybuilding.com that allows you to choose your own training program based on who you are and what you want to accomplish. They also allow you to track your progress there and they offer all kinds of video how tos. I recommend this site highly for people like me that need a little guidance. If you are feeling adventurous you can even design your own program, the tools are all there.
