OK, I bought into that I didn’t have time to ride the bike to the gym. Then I decided that I didn’t have time to go to the gym before work. Then the gym went away entirely, but I ran in the morning. Then the weather changed, then I changed my mind and then I quit running. I lost 50 pounds over the last three years, standing on the scale this morning I found them. Something has to change and soon or I am going to die.
I have a few ideas but I am going to have to put them into action or else. First things first, I had a brilliant idea once and made a gym in the garage. I have no coach so I will have to program for myself. Freeweights, glute/ham machine and rings are what I have to work with. Notebook and a stopwatch, what more could a guy want? Guess we will get the gym cleaned up and start early tomorrow. Wish me luck!
